1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and ModuRig ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the ModuRig application. By accessing the application, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

2. Subscription and Billing

  • Free Trial: We may offer a 14-day free trial to new users who register for the Services. The account will be charged according to the user's chosen subscription at the end of the free trial.
  • Payments: All payments are processed securely via Stripe. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Application, you represent and warrant that:

  • All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
  • You will not access the Application through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise.
  • You will not use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Application is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Application (collectively, the "Content") are owned or controlled by us.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the application.

Safety Disclaimer: ModuRig provides calculation tools for event logistics (e.g., LED wall weight calculations). These tools are for estimation purposes only. You are solely responsible for verifying all structural and electrical loads with a qualified engineer before installation.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Ireland. ModuRig and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
